The Beauty of Skin

Went to go eat korean bbq with moi sister. Got my smokey eye&pout on ;)
& a pictuuuuure of my hair :)

I swear I start my new posts with an apology a lot of the times (even though this is only like... my 3rd post)
Wooooooow 11 followers. I'm actually quite amazed by that just because you guys hardly ever hear from me and no, I'm not trying to encourage you to unfollow me but the truth is the truth, I rarely post blogs more than once a month yet you "keep" follow me knowing that... I think =/ but my heart skips a beat every time I see I have a new follower, so instead of an apology, here's a thank you :) Thank you, you sexay thang you ;)

Soooooooooooo, I don't tend to go into the city very often but I did yesterday (Thursday) because I wanted to visit MAC to get myself the Studio Fix Foundation which the lovely boy bought for me (it was our 1.5yrs anniversary). After going into Myers, we decided to walk around and window shop I guess? =/
Which is impossible for me because frankly, I have issues. Compulsive on the spot issues. I see, I like, I buy.... or I hide it and then come back for it later (Y)
As we continued to walk and explore, I discovered a store so overbearingly, disgustingly nose-smellingly fantastic! My nose started to jizzzzzz! JIZZZ I SAY!! I think it's my new obsession, maybe a cure for my makeup addiction?... sounds good to me ;)
Plus I never even had any desire to use what the store advertises and sells.

I blame Youtube for this... feckin youtube -.-'' I seriously watch too much beauty vids, ends up influencing my life choices! Ima end up with a baby named Clinique!  D:

No but what I mean is, people, normal people, who don't watch beauty vids as religously as I do, wouldn't come across this store and get all hyped up, shit they'd probably look at it, give it a miss then continue walking. It stopped me dead in my tracks! I even gasped ...and choked!

AND THE LOOK ON MY FACE!! I mean do you know how hard it is for an asian person... to open their eyes that wide?! you know that's some serious shit.

Okay, okay, okay. I'll stop piss farting around. jeez, relax man.
I'm talking about... LUSH! hahahahahha... yeah.
I found it! On my 1 year 6 months anniversary nonetheless =|

I walked around for so long looking at absolutely everything!
The sales assistant was so nice aswell. Very attentive and talkative.
She even gave me a free sample of a bubble bar, love right there.
She was telling me it's extremely hard to suggest certain items for a LUSH noob like myself
just because everything is so damn sexbomb!

The boy was getting restless while I got high off all the smells!
Though I did notice that you need to let the smell kinda air out, smelling it straight from the product is way too concentrated and strong and legit overbearing.

Sigh, so many soaps, bath bombs, face masks, shower gels etc.. GEEZUS!
In the end, I bought 2 things and I'm totally in lurrrrrrrrrrrve with them!

The one on the left is Sea Vegetable Soap. It smells so amazing. It's a fusion of Lime and Lavender and the darkest part at the base of the soap contains seaweed. AMAZING! $75 a kg though -.-''
I love the citrus-y smell of it. It's sooooooo refreshing.
The one on the right is a bubble bar which the sales assistant gave me for free and it smells so relaxing.
It's called Karma Bubble Bar. Your suppose to crumble it into your bath water and it fizzes up and releases all it's oils and nutrients. It smells like Incense (not incest, there's a difference people).
It's really soothing and relaxing, like as if it rids your body of sin.
Perfect scent for meditation and great just as a room scent.
Definitely my next purchase.

I wanted something to cleanse and exfoliate my skin at the same time so I got this.
It's called Rub Rub Rub and it's a shower scrub... obviously.
I'm not sure about this one, didn't do much for me.
Smells pretty average but it contains little granules of sea salt so it does get rid of dead skin cells
and leaves your skin feeling smooth.
Probably won't repurchase this one folks.

Just so you know, I've been sniffing the soap and bubble bar the entire time I've been writing this blog post :D
Anyway guys, I'll leave you with a photo of my Makeup Station.
This is where the magic happens ;)

I got naked with....

(my head got cold at fishing, so I warmed it up ninja style)

I'll get back to that title in a minute! I just wanted to start out with commending bloggers/vloggers who can post so effing frequently. I mean, I have so many ideas for posts but... to put it bluntly, I'm lazy as fuck -.-''
Though, then again maybe it's because I'm in the process of moving houses.

I'm so sorrrrrry. I've actually received everything from my "waiting" list (?) and it's how you say... "excellent" ;)
I'm telling you all right now... go get yourself "Makeup Forever HD Foundation". It will put every single foundation you own, too complete utter shame. I PITY THE FOOL who carries on with life without owning this little piece of god-like creation. I got mine from EBAY! because Australia lacks in everything except for immigrants (Y)

Now, back to the title, now back at you, now back to the title, now back at you... Now back to the title.

So, I got naked with....... THE URBAN DECAY NAKED PALETTE!
I ordered this from an American seller at $20 more than RRP (feck)
AND IT ARRIVED EARLIER THAN EXPECTED!
Do you know how good that god-damn feels? To someone who does a lot of online shopping... huh!?
To have that waiting period cut down so you and your beloved item/product can unite sooner rather than later... is just soo, actually even too... amazing.

Alright. Weak moment over. Pictures anyone? :)

A while ago, I had run out of my favourite perfume (I'm the excessive overload-on-perfume type spritzer ) but the beautiful boy bought me a new one which included a miniature perfume bottle for application on the wrist and my new favourite product... perfume scented body lotion. Smelling good and enriching the skin? You bet your arse. And what's this perfume I hypothetically hear you ask through your computer screen?

Pretty by Elizabeth Arden off course ;)

Do you know how uber fantastic this smells? It's like this rush of "pretty-girl-in-a-flowy-white-dress-frolicking-in-a-meadow-of-flowers" feeling, charges itself up your nose and influences your brain to draw out your sweet feminine side. ahhhhhh.

Since I'm in a period of "perfume high", I'm planning on purchasing Viva La Juicy by Juicy Couture.
It smells just as bomb as Pretty, maybe even better.

And yes, I do want everything in the picture, especially the tub of body lotion
Btw, just a fact about me. I enjoy sniffing/smelling things. I find it very intriguing and wonderful.
At my last workplce, I used too stand and sniff the Morning Fresh Lemon Lime. It's so refreshing!

Anyway, I will leave you with my makeup look I wore for Australia Day.
Excuse the clothing, that's not what I actually wore.

A piece of me to you

Yes, I would imagine this is what it would be like if someone got high off acid fumes
 (referring to colourfulness )

Name's Tina. 22nd September. I'm an 18 year old Virgo. Buddhist.
First year of University/College this year. Aiming for Interior Architecture (my other love affair)
I'm not skinny but I dress stylishly enough to cater to my body and my makeup tricks can match or excel past my sense of style :) which I'm quite proud of.

I love empowering the average woman who isn't a freaking AUsize 8/US size 2 and I believe that's what makes me more relate-able. Not being skinny :)  and I stand at 156cm. Yes... a very tall view of the world.

Okay, so I've had a blog before and that just went to hell
This blog, however, is motivated by total lack of interest.
Sounds odd, yes. But what I mean is that, I love makeup ... a lot.
And it's extremely frustrating when no-one has the same intensity of love for it as I
Well not my friends anyway (thus, what I mean by "total lack of interest")
And what's ironic is... I hardly wear it.
People are genuinely surprise to find that I have quite a large amount of makeup for someone who
usually lacks in physical presentation on a regular basis (Clothes wise and I guess face wise aswell ?) but that's because I only make myself up if I go out.

I intend to share my love of makeup through this blog. I have so many makeup products that I buy and I just want to share the experience of those products. They bring me so much joy *tears

Anyway, at the moment I'm waiting on:
8 pairs of eyelashes - Ardell, Gypsy Wypsy and Red Cherry
5 Nyx Rouge Cream Blush
3 Revlon Colorburst Lipstick - Peach, Blush and Baby Pink
1 88 Eyeshadow Palette (it arrived in shattered little pieces)
1 Naked Eyeshadow Palette from Urban Decay
1 Mac Pro Longwear Foundation in NC25
1 Makeup Forever HD Foundation in #123
